What is Personal Training?
A personal trainer is a REPS qualified individual who has the knowledge and skill set to design personal and effective exercise plans.

Personal trainers help their clients to achieve health and fitness goals, such as weight loss, muscle gain and general cardiovascular fitness. Through training that is fun, enjoyable and within the capabilities of the client.

What types of Personal Training can I do at QGym?

One to One - Provides customised fitness plans tailored to individual goals. Personal trainers offer personalized attention and guidance, ensuring proper form and technique. Individual training sessions enhance accountability and motivation, helping clients stay on track.

Pairs - Session where two people, typically a couple or close friends, work out together under the guidance of a personal trainer, allowing them to motivate each other, share the cost, and often tailor exercises to suit both individuals' fitness levels and goals while still receiving personalised instruction.

Small Group - More cost-effective option than one-on-one training, while still providing enough one-on-one attention. Also allows clients to work out with a variety of people, and the trainer can provide modifications and progressions to suit each individual.
